Planning and Intro to Microsoft Project

Objective: The course objectives are broadly in 2 elements 1) to provide the user with an appreciation of project planning as a 1 day overview via a presentation from a project planning manager’s perspective and 2) to provide the new user with a comprehensive overview of the capabilities of Microsoft Project and the knowledge necessary for them to begin using it effectively. As the MS Project session is primarily hands on - it will be restricted to one user per computer system.

A large part of the course is devoted to hands on experience of the package and as such the student is led through a series of exercises, therefore we insist on maintaining a one person per system policy. The session is fully documented and each person attending will have unlimited access to our after training back up service
