INSIGHT TSL - TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following are our Terms and Conditions of business, effective 4 December 2007 and will apply to all existing clients and new companies booking  courses with Insight TSL.

BOOKING PROCEDURE & COURSE CONFIRMATION

A booking is made when either the client telephones or emails requesting either a
place(s) on one of our public workshops, delivery of a company specific training at our venue or delivery of onsite training.

In all circumstances a confirmation email from Insight TSL must be received from our office detailing your booking and joining instructions for workshops.

The confirmation will request that the client refers to this document for our terms and conditions.

SUBSTITUTION, CANCELLATION AND TRANSFER

The Customer may substitute a delegate on a course upon notifying Insight TSL in writing at no additional charge.

The customer agrees to pay the following % charges to Insight TSL for whatever reason a delegate fails to attend, cancels, transfers or withdraws from a course without providing at least 10 working days' written notice prior to the scheduled start of the course.

Please note a cancellation fee refers to a specific course date and therefore a transfer to a later course counts as a cancellation and the cancellation fee structure below applies.

Written Notice of Cancellation or Transfer - Public Scheduled Courses

Within 6-10 working days of course date : 50% of course fee
Within 0 - 5 working days: 100% of course fee
 
Written Notice of Cancellation or Transfer - Onsite or Company Specific Courses

Within 10 working days: 100% of course fee

PAYMENT TERMS & METHODS

Payment due for all course are strictly 30 days from the date of invoice for vetted companies in however individuals are requested to have payment to our office prior to the course date.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES TO COURSES BY Insight TSL
Insight TSL will make all reasonable endeavors to ensure any Training Course for which bookings have been accepted is not cancelled, we reserve the right to cancel, change or re-schedule any course without prior notice. 

If it becomes necessary for Learning IT to cancel a course, irrespective of the amount of warning given attendees will be offered alternative dates.  If rescheduled dates are not suitable Learning IT will refund the cost of the booking in full.  No other form of compensation will be given.
