Objective:

The aim of this course is to provide new computer or PC users with an overview of the computer and Windows operating system and enable them to make use of the various features available. Essential for new computer users, the training is designed to enable anyone who will be involved in computing as part of their daily routine, to understand system, file structure and operations, and be able to fully get the best out of their PC. Users will learn about the capabilities of the computer, its features and the main tasks involved including an introduction to Microsoft Office products incorporating word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
